At SeaRelax, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or if any parts are missing, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
